Good morning, everyone. Here is your Moment of Yes for, uh, for Monday, February 2nd. Um, still down in Florida. It's cold, low 30s here, folks. Um, but here for another day or two, uh, and then heading back to the real cold. Uh, but happy February. We've already gone through January. January has felt like a year. Um, and yet at the same time, uh, can things be fast? and slow at the same time. Well, our January nailed it. So here we go. When I reflect back on January, um, and things started off quickly, uh, and there's a lot going on, um, especially in our country, in our world, and I think about things that— what bring— what brings me back? What brings me back to, to being grounded? What settles me, what anchors me. I know this is things that we talk about quite a bit. So, thinking back to just different habits and routines that I've wanted to commit to and for the new year, one of them being kind of writing back into the journal or Soul Pages. Soul Pages, shout out to Evan Griffith. his new book called Soul Pages, and that has inspired kind of the structure to which I do the journaling. But more than anything, it's the habit, it's the routine of going to that journaling for me in the morning so that I can clear my head, clear my thought, focus my thought, focus my intention, focus my energy. Also express how I'm feeling, what I'm feeling, what I'm thinking, and just bring a sense of clarity and peace to it so that I can then move into the day with that clarity and peace. And so what is working for you? What have you found in the new year? Maybe it's an old habit in the new year, or if not, what is something this week that you can do starting today that will give you a grounding activity? Uh, something for clarity and peace. So that's my moment of yes for today. Let's start February on a good foot, on a good note. There you have it. Let me know what you're up to. Let me know what that grounding is for you. Have an awesome day, everybody.
