In this motivational monologue, the speaker greets the audience and shares a personal travel update—returning from a 15‑hour trip from Switzerland to Denver via Iceland, noting the time‑zone shift and fatigue. He then shifts to a discussion about the power of thoughts and presence, recalling a scene from the documentary What the Bleep Do We Know? that describes a Japanese water experiment where water labeled with love remained clear while water labeled with hate became cloudy, suggesting thoughts can alter water’s molecular structure. He extrapolates this to the human body, noting that about 90 % of the body is water, and argues that our thoughts may therefore affect our health. He cites statistics that 80 % of thoughts are negative and 95 % of those are repetitive, emphasizing the need for intentional, positive focus. The speaker urges listeners to consciously direct their attention toward positive energy for themselves and others, concluding with a brief motivational sign‑off.

Hey, good morning everyone. Here is your moment of yes for Tuesday, June 1st. Happy June everyone. So I know it's Tuesday. This should have come out yesterday on Monday, but I'm back in the States. Uh, yesterday was our travel day back from Switzerland, um, which was over 15 hours. Um, we went Switzerland, uh, to Denver via Iceland. So if you see that, that convenient connection to get gas. And so long day of travel with the time change. Again, us losing 8 hours or because we were 8 hours ahead and now, yeah. Anyway, so long day, a lot of work, really tired, but got some good sleep last night. And here we go. Tuesday, June 1st, your moment of yes. So I was talking to one of the players before the game the other day. And we were talking about thoughts and presence and what you surround yourself with and how that has an impact on you. And I was remembering the scene from the movie What the Bleep Do We Know? If you remember that, it's probably like 20 years ago. And there's the reference to the Japanese water experiment, the Japanese scientist who would label glasses of water the same water. but he would label like one, he would label with love, another one with hate. And then he would let those glasses sit. And then you'd come back and then he would take samples of each and put 'em under a microscope. And the love glasses were crystal clear. The hate ones were globular. And they've done these experiments where people have actually prayed and delivered, you know, love of thoughts and things like that towards bodies of water. And it's actually changed. the molecule structure of these bodies of water. So all that to say, crazy stuff, whether you believe it or not. Again, are you open to just the power of thoughts, the power of your feelings, the power of your emotions being bigger than just inside yourself? But also, even if it's just inside yourself, so if thoughts can have an impact on water and 90% of your body, is water, what impact are your thoughts having on yourself and your own health? And we think about that for a second. 90% of our body is composed of water. And we go back to the power of our thoughts. 80% of all of our thoughts are negative. 95% of those thoughts are repetitive. That's why it is so important, even where I'm sitting today and noticing where my head is going as I wake up this morning and what needs to get done and yada, yada, yada. I'm like, oh, I need to be super intentional right now about making sure that I'm not repeating a channel of negative thoughts, to be really intentional about tapping into the positive, about being proactive and really owning where I'm setting my attention and my intention. And so that's for all of us today, right? 90% of your Your body is water. Your thoughts impact, uh, have energy. So let's make it— make sure we're sending the right energy to ourselves as well as to everyone around us. That's your MonaVie S4 today, everyone. Have an awesome day. Thank you.
