In this brief motivational monologue recorded in Huntington Beach, California, the speaker—part of the Limitless Minds team—prepares for a day of client workshops. He reflects on the tendency to become overwhelmed by the myriad details of presentations, technology, and logistics. To maintain confidence, he deliberately practices stripping away all external aids—slides, videos, tech—until only his core content and personal ability remain. He extends this exercise to broader life questions, asking what would remain if titles, paychecks, cars, or houses were removed. He concludes that while material markers are not essential, his relationships, personal resilience, and connection to the divine would sustain him. The talk ends with an invitation to the audience to ask themselves similar stripping questions as their "moment of yes" for the day.

Good morning everyone, here is your moment of yes for Tuesday, March 11th. It's dark here out in Huntington Beach, California, early in the morning. A couple of workshops today but excited, excited out here with a good number of the Limitless Minds team as we work with one of our clients as a group. This should be a lot of fun, a lot of moving parts. But a lot of fun at the same, at the same time. And so what I've been learning sort of in the preparation for this, working with a lot of new people, working with a lot of different people, not working, not only working with our organization, but partnering with the company. There's so many different moving parts. There's so many different, you know, things that are at play. And I just noticed as I kind of mentally prep for something like this, That I can easily become overwhelmed with all the little details really of the presentation part that I can't control. Other people, the tech, all that different stuff. But I always— so as part of the prep, I always kind of force myself to strip away. Strip away if the videos, slides aren't working, strip that away. If there's issues with this, strip it away. And And I always kind of get to this point like, all right, if I had to go up there alone on stage with, with, with nothing else, what would I have? And I was like, oh man, I'm good, right? I've got the content, right? I've got the content. I've got, uh, uh, my ability that I'm, you know, that I believe in on stage. And I'm like, I'm good. So I can strip away everything that is super important, but it is still, if it's taken away, it's not the most important thing, and I know that I'll be okay, right? And so sometimes I have to apply that to bigger life as well, whether it's like, you know, income or, uh, you know, the superficial stuff like, oh, the car, the house, all this different stuff. If that's taken away, if that's stripped away, like, what would I have left? And I was like, oh yeah, it would be tough, and I would still be Okay, because, you know, I have me and I have my, you know, I have my relationship, relationship with the divine, hopefully the relationship with the people I love as well. But, you know, as we, as we strip away and peel away and carve off all the stuff that can feel important but it's not always important, you know, would I be okay if this was stripped away? And so it's always a great question to pose. Would I be okay if this title was stripped away? Would I be okay if this Paycheck was stripped away? The answer is no, no. So just ask yourself, you know, if it were taken away, would you be okay? The answer is yes. It might be uncomfortable, but you'll be okay. That's your moment of yes for today. Have an awesome day, everybody.
