Good afternoon, everyone. Here's your moment of yes for Thursday, March 27th. Today's the 27th. Crazy, March is almost done. I just got to New Jersey today to speak to a company tomorrow and then stay for the weekend and speak to the same company on Monday to a different group of people, same company. So I've got some time, got some time to hunker down. Watch some basketball, get some work done over the next few days. So moment of yes for today is sort of the magic of nothing, the magic of doing nothing. And so I got on the plane today and I started off and I was thinking about all the things that I need to do. I could do this, I could do this, I could work on this, I could work on this. But before I did that, I was like, just, you know, just be still. Be still. Be quiet. And there was like a couple in the front of the plane and they had a son that was special needs to some degree. And I was like, just love them. Like, just love them right now. I'm just gonna love them. And I'm just going to be like, I'm just gonna, I'm gonna love everyone on this plane right now. And then I just, you know, which turned into thinking about all the people in my life and loving them. But it was more taking the moment of stillness The moment of quiet, just to sit and be still, to just be without needing to rush off to the doing. And so I'm looking forward to having some being moments over the next few days. But I encourage you today, take, take a few moments if you haven't already, just to sit, be still, see what shows up, wrap someone in love, and have an awesome day, everybody. That's your moment of yes for today. Talk to you soon.
