In this short motivational video, the host greets viewers and frames the day as a "moment of yes" for Monday, March 2nd, 2020. He recounts a recent interview with Darren McCains on the Limitless Minds podcast, where the topic of a personal one‑line statement that captures a person's essence was discussed. Using that idea, he invites viewers to apply the same exercise to their families: distill the core identity and values of their family into a single sentence. He shares his own family’s guiding phrase—"leap and the net will appear"—a proverb that reflects trust in God, self, each other, and the world, and explains how this ethos informs their parenting and daily life. The host encourages the audience to post their own family one‑liners in the comments as a way to start March with intention, and wishes everyone an awesome week.

Hey, good morning everyone. Here's your moment of yes for Monday, March 2nd, 2020. March 2nd, y'all. 2 months are in the book. March is here. Hopefully it starts to feel a little springish. So hey, I was interviewing a guy, Darren McCains, for the Limitless Minds podcast. He was talking about sort of leadership and this idea of, Like, what, what's your one line? Kind of like, what's your one line if, if someone had to like boil down the essence of, of who you are and what you kind of represent? What's your one line? What's your one sentence? It's like, ooh, what's my one sentence? And I was thinking about that in regards to, um, just kind of like our family, like your family. If you took your family and wanted to boil down the essence of of who or what your family kind of represents, what would it be? And I think for Hollister and I, because in our work we kind of have to share a little bit of our ethos all the time, and we co-presented together a few weeks ago, I think the fact that Hollister made a canvas for me a few years ago based on the African proverb, right? Our one sentence would be, leap and the net will appear. Right. So there's a lot wrapped up in that. But if you look at what we try to— how we try to parent, how we try to live our lives, and hopefully the influence we've had on our kids is around that idea of leap and the net will appear. You know, trust in— trust in God, trust in yourself, trust in each other as a family, but trust in— trust in the world. So for yourself, right, just looking at your family, if someone were to have to like say, okay, we know this family, this is what they're about, what would they say about you and your family? And I'm not doing this as like a, and you need to, so you should probably make some change. No. So it's probably getting to the essence of who you are and what your family is about. We don't often talk about kind of like the whole family. focus on here. It's more individual-based. But when you sort of distill, you know, what you and your family are about, what would that one sentence be? I bet you it's a good sentence. But if you want to put that sentence into the comments, I would love to hear it. And that's a great way to start March. That is your moment of yes for today. Have an awesome week, everyone.
