In this brief solo vlog, the host delivers a “Moment of Yes” for Monday, March 31, filmed from a New Jersey hotel room. He frames the final day of March as a bonus opportunity to review the month’s highs and lows and to choose a single, 1 % improvement to carry into April. He invites listeners to identify one habit, behavior, or routine they will focus on in the new month, sharing his own goal of exercising outdoors and resuming running without injury. The piece ends with an encouraging call to make someone feel good today and a friendly sign‑off.
