Good afternoon, everyone. Here's your moment of yes for Friday, March 7th. Ending the week with a little momentum. All right, what is one thing you're going to do today that's on purpose that allows you to, uh, to feed yourself, feed your soul, right? Feed the right energy. One thing, 10 minutes. What are you gonna do? So we got back from Orlando this week, uh, doing the same 1-hour workshop 4 times over 2 days. Yeah. Um, I wouldn't want to do that like forever, but, uh, over 2 days was kind of fun because you kind of find new things to play with each time and tweak it and improve it. And so I was doing an activity where I had someone kind of walk with me, walk with me around the room, and the, the point of the activity is the difference between when you invite someone to walk with you instead of challenging someone To do what seems to be maybe an opposition, right? Hey, walk with me. Hey, or will you walk with me compared to me getting in the way and being an obstacle? But that wasn't the point because as I was walking with her, I'm just saying, hey, how you doing today? She goes, ah, woke up sore. I'm like, oh. She goes, I have bad bones. And she's not old. I said, you have bad bones? And we're just walking. I said, hey, when you, when you go through the day and you think to yourself, I have bad bones, how do you feel? She goes, I feel sore. I was like, yeah. Right, because if our inner voice is saying, I've got bad bones, how are we going to feel? We're going to feel sore, we're going to feel stiff, it's going to be uncomfortable. I said, okay, so we know that our beliefs drive our thoughts, our thoughts drive our behaviors, behaviors create our results. So if my belief is I have bad bones, what are my thoughts going to be? That I'm weak, that I'm sore. What are the results going to be? It's a self-fulfilling prophecy, correct? Yes. So I said, what if, and I'd had everyone in the room close your eyes and just start saying to yourself, I am stiff, I am stiff, I am stiff, I am stiff. And while your eyes are closed, I want you to now shift and just start to say, I am flexible, I am loose, I am flexible, I am loose, I am flexible. Open your eyes. How do you feel? Do you see how much more comfortable you are? And everyone was like, yeah. I was like, why? Because when you shifted from I am stiff, which probably made you stiff, to I am loose, I am flexible, it's that voice inside your head. It's the talk to yourself, don't listen to yourself. I am, I am, I am. My beliefs create my thoughts. My thoughts drive my behaviors, which create the results. What is the voice inside your head? You don't control the thoughts that show up. You control what we say to ourselves, not what we hear, what we say to ourselves. Choose wisely. I am, I am, I am. Think of that going into the weekend. Have an awesome weekend. That's your moment of yes.
