In this brief motivational video recorded in a St. Louis courtyard, the speaker delivers a daily “Moment of Yes” reflection. Using the wind, gravity, and sunlight as metaphors, he explains that many of the most powerful influences—our energy, intentions, patience, love—are invisible; we feel their impact rather than see them directly. He argues that personal impact should be judged by how others feel, not by visible actions alone. The segment concludes with a call‑to‑action: for the coming week, consciously choose the kind of “wind” (impact) you want to generate in your relationships and interactions, encouraging listeners to act with intentional positivity.

Hello everyone, here is your Moment of Yes for Monday, May 11th. We are clicking along here. Welcome to the courtyard here in St. Louis. So your Moment of Yes for today is, you don't need to see it to believe it. I mean, you don't even need to see it to feel it, to be impacted by it. So as I'm sitting out here, there's a little breeze that's blowing through the courtyard. And clearly I know that that breeze is the wind. How do I know it's the wind? Well, I can feel it, but can I see it, right? Can we see the wind? And the answer is like, well, no, we don't see the wind. We see the impact of the wind on the trees. We see the impact on the wind in how it blows things or a flag in the distance, but we never actually see the wind. And now the wind isn't the only thing that we could Have that example for, whether it's gravity, whether it's feeling the impact of the sun. I can see the sun, but I can't see the actual rays of the sun that impact me. And so when it comes to how we show up, our energy, our intentions, whether we show up with positivity, whether we show up with patience, with love, those are things that you actually don't see, you feel. And when I say, well, how do you know that he was being patient? You would describe what it looked like, but it's still an idea in action. It's not the actual idea. So when we think about having an impact, an impact isn't based on what we see. An impact is based on how we feel or how we make others feel. Just like the wind. We can feel the impact of the wind, but we can't see it. But we see the impact it's having based on how it impacts and affects others. So this week, each of us, what do you want your wind of impact to look like this week? That's what people are going to feel. How do you want them to feel as a result of being in relationship or interaction with you? Choose your wind wisely. That's your moment of yes for today. Have an awesome week, everyone.
