In this brief Friday morning address, the speaker delivers a "Moment of Yes" aimed at boosting morale and reinforcing core values before the weekend. He begins by expressing gratitude that a recent Florida hurricane caused minimal damage, noting the safety of his home in Jupiter and the broader community. He then shares excitement about an upcoming trip to Qatar, marking the three‑year anniversary of a pivotal text from Greg Berhalter that launched his current journey. The core message centers on serving with purpose—whether in glamorous or grunt work—by focusing on controllable factors: how one shows up and treats others. He emphasizes letting performance and scores speak for themselves, and encourages the audience to carry this mindset into the weekend. He signs off, noting he will be in Qatar and will likely deliver the next message earlier due to the time difference.

Good morning, everyone. Here's your Moment of Yes for Friday, November 11th. First thing on the list is I want to express gratitude to the hurricane that came ashore down in Florida. Based on what it looks like, what it could have done, it looks like the damage was a lot less. I know we're super grateful. Our home in Jupiter seemed to be not much of anything, and the reports that I'm hearing is that everybody seems like it was safe and minimal damage. So really grateful about that. And then super grateful today about, yeah, jumping on a plane to go to Qatar. And almost 3 years to the day when Greg Berhalter sent me a text and I thought, wow, this is crazy to get a text from this guy and thinking nothing will come of it to, to being on this, this journey the last 3 years. So more than anything, just grateful, grateful for everything to get up to this point and grateful for, for, for everything. That's about to happen, um, because we have no idea what's going to happen. Um, so good, bad, or indifferent. Um, but just going over there knowing, um, that my job is to serve and stay on purpose, or, or rather flip those, right? To stay on purpose and to serve. And so whatever that means on a day-to-day basis, um, whether it's glamorous or grunt work or everything in between, just to be on purpose and to serve. And at the end of the day, let the performance be the performance, let the score be the score, and control the controllables, which is how I show up and how I treat others. So yeah, so that's your Motive Yes for today, how you show up and how you treat others. Great message to take into the weekend. The next time you guys see me will be Monday from Qatar. You'll probably be getting this message a little bit earlier 'cause I'll probably be about 8 hours ahead of you. Have a great weekend, everybody. Bye.
