In this Friday "Moment of Yes" video recorded on November 15th, the speaker reflects on the busy travel schedule of the past week, traveling from Houston and Austin back to St. Louis, and uses that experience to ask a central, reflective question: "Who have I helped this week?" He expresses gratitude for the people he’s interacted with and frames his purpose as inspiring authentic brilliance in himself and others. He encourages listeners to make the question of who they have helped—or can help—today a grounding habit, especially as the holidays approach and distractions increase. He also promotes an upcoming event, "RAK Friday 24," a day dedicated to performing as many random acts of kindness as possible. The overall message is a call to daily intentional kindness and self‑inspired purpose.

Hey everyone, here's your Moment of Yes for Friday, November 15th. I meant to record this tomorrow, the day got away. Back in St. Louis after being in Houston and Austin. Did a little Texas Two-Step this week. And yeah, we're back, Moment of Yes. So, the question that came to me yesterday while kind of being in the travel grind here a little bit. I love my work, I actually enjoy traveling, but it can be a grind. And I was sitting on the plane yesterday and just thinking about like, you know, just being busy. And I thought to myself, like, who have I helped this week? Like, who have I helped this week? And I was really grateful to think back of the people I met and people I got to speak to and people I got to serve. And I was like, all right, I think I've helped some people this week. And I'm like, all right, that's it, that's enough. All right. What's my purpose? To inspire myself and others to live their authentic brilliance. And so I'd come back to like, all right, well, who are you helping right now? And text conversations with players, and especially when things aren't going great, and like, yeah, like, who have you helped? So my question as we end the week and we get even closer to the holidays where there's lots of distractions, can we keep coming back to, right, who have you helped today? Or who can you help today? Or who have helped this week? Or who can you help next week? And if that's our grounding center point, we're going to be in good shape. And also, we're 2 weeks away from today, from RAK Friday 24. RAK Friday 24! Yeah, we're going to spend the day doing as many random acts of kindness as possible. So, your moment of yes for today is, who have you helped today? There's always time. Have a great weekend, everyone.
