Good morning, everyone. Here is your moment of yes for Wednesday, November 23rd, the day before Thanksgiving. I'll be honest with you, it doesn't feel very day before Thanksgiving-y here in Qatar, but I know that it is. And so knowing that tomorrow's Thanksgiving and the gratitude is at the heart of Thanksgiving. It got me thinking today. One of the great things about gratitude is that gratitude, like breath, right? The reason meditation is so powerful is because our breath is always in the present moment, right? Even though our thoughts might go past or future, when we focus on our breath, our breath is always in the present moment. Our breath can't go in the past and it can't go in the future. It's always in the now. And I think the powerful thing about gratitude is that gratitude brings your attention to something that you are grateful for, and that gratitude is right here, right now, right? Even though if we're pulling gratitude from the past, we're pulling it to the present moment. We're thinking about the future, but we're bringing it to the present moment. And gratitude, we know the power of gratitude physiologically and psychologically. automatically puts us in a better mental space. So as we prepare for a day of gratitude, let's just take that opportunity to use gratitude as a great mindfulness activity to ground us right here, right now. We can't be simultaneously grateful and negative at the same time. So take a moment right now, pause, for the next few seconds once my handsome face ends and just think of 3 things you're grateful for right now. Something big, something personal, and something random. That's your moment of yes for today, everybody. Have an awesome day. Bye.
