Good morning, everyone. Your moment of yes for today, Friday, November 25th, the day after Thanksgiving. I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. And, uh, and here we are. Um, Black Friday? No. Today is RAK Friday, Random Acts of Kindness Friday. Spend the day doing as many random acts of kindness as possible. So whether you're out shopping, whether you are out just hanging with the family, whether you're watching England versus USA at 2 o'clock PM Eastern today. Can you spread a little love and transformation by doing some random acts of kindness? So super, super simple, right? What are some simple things that you can do? So the challenge for me is gonna be, you know, being able to escape from the hotel for even just a few minutes. That's my plan later this afternoon once we have some free time on our hands to escape. There's some coffee shops around me. There's some different places where I can hopefully hopefully spread a little RAK love. So what are you going to do? Today's RAK Friday, your moment of yes today is all about putting that RAK into action. So that's it. 1, 2, 3 things, super simple.
