Good morning, everyone. Here's your moment of yes for Monday, November third. It is November. Nuts, crazy. Two months left in 2025. What was your word for the year? Beginning of the month. Let's do. Let's recalibrate. Let's reset. Your word for the year. What's your intention been recently? So my word of the year was evolve. Apparently, my my back. is motivating me to evolve my concept of my health and age and all of that. So let's go, let's go body, let's go matter, let's evolve this idea of aging and, uh, um, all that good stuff. So, all right, painful as it is, I'm leaning into it. Um, but 2 months to go. Uh, things tend to even speed up now. Uh, For some of you who know, we celebrate every day after Thanksgiving, typically known as Black Friday, as RAK Friday, Random Acts of Kindness Friday, where we encourage you to do as many random acts of kindness as possible. We'll be doing that again this year. National Kindness Day, I think, is coming up on the 13th, November 13th. That's coming up. So, so, you know, November has a kindness, a gratitude, you know, community feel to it. So let's lean into that. So your moment of yes for today is to lean into just kind of community, family, your neighbors, the people around you. And I'm going to head across to— across the street to my favorite coffee shop, which is literally across the street, which is why I love it. And just, you know, spread some love and joy. And express gratitude myself, but just try to be light for everyone we come into contact with today. So it's a Monday, it's the beginning of the week, it's the beginning of the month, and it is the beginning of the real holiday rush here the last 2 months. So let's be that light, let's be that kindness, let's be the reason, let's be the smile, let's be the reason that someone just feels better today instead of getting sucked into that negative vortex, which All of us can commiserate with one another. Let's be the reason that someone feels better today. Yeah, let's do it together. Come on, that's your moment of yes for today. Have an awesome day, everybody.
