Hey everyone, here is your Moment of Yes for Wednesday, October 2nd. Here we go. We all know that the best ideas and concepts come from talking to your wife, right? Yeah. So Hollis and I were talking today and she said to me, yeah, I guess that's why it's not good to make assumptions. And my tweak to that was assumptions are okay Attachments or not, right? You know, it's like we go through our day, we actually kind of survive based on assumptions. I have to assume that coming to the red light that the other cars are going to stop. I have to assume that the sun's going to rise. I have to assume that things are going to go a certain way, you know. So those assumptions kind of help us operate day to day. The difference is I can't be attached to them When that's not the case. Whether that's a person, whether that's a business, whether that's an economy, whatever it is, it's the attachment to us needing something to be a certain way is where we get in trouble or where we get stuck. So assumptions are okay, we just can't be attached to our assumptions. So is there an attachment or is there an assumption that you find yourself attached to And you're not willing to let go of it. How's that working out for you? And so sometimes we can notice some of the stress in our life, and it might be it's not so much the thing itself that has changed, it's that we might be attached to it being a different way. Don't let those assumptions become attachments. Better yet, don't be attached to our assumptions. There you have it. That's your moment of yes for today. Have an awesome day, everybody.
