Good morning everyone. Here's your moment of yes for Monday, October 3rd in Orlando, doing a 3-day event here, which isn't all bad. Good to see that actually Orlando is doing pretty well, obviously despite some of the tragedy in other parts of the state. So here for 3 days, getting to go through really, really good Limitless Minds content, which is always a great refresher as well. One of the ideas we shared this morning was kind of a Trev idea. And it was, the person at the top of the mountain didn't fall there. Airplane. Airplane. So I'll say that again. The person at the top of the mountain didn't fall there. And obviously it's like, well, how'd they get there? Well, they had to climb step by step, challenge by challenge, adversity by adversity. And so it's easy to hear that and go, well, I haven't climbed any mountains. And you're like, well, yeah, you have. You've climbed plenty of mountains and you're probably climbing a few right now. So think about the mountains that you have climbed and that you were able to do that and think about what is the mountain that you are climbing right now? Where are you on the mountain? How do you feel? But also sort of take a break to appreciate yourself and give yourself some love and say, yeah, like maybe the mountain that you're climbing right now is difficult, but you've climbed mountains before and you'll be able to climb this one. And so I think we need to continuously remind ourselves about the work that we have done and are doing and to be able to trust ourselves and appreciate ourselves to keep going. So that's your moment of yes for today, everybody. It's Monday. We're climbing mountains. We've climbed mountains and we will continue to climb. Have an awesome day, everybody.
