In this short motivational monologue, the speaker greets viewers and introduces the “moment of yes” for Friday, September 2. Using a reference to the film Man of Steel, the speaker explains that when the world feels too big and fast, one can “make it small” by concentrating on a single purpose‑giving activity that brings peace and comfort. The speaker shares a busy personal schedule—including a Limitless Live broadcast at 12:15 ET, a team Zoom presentation, and family duties such as dropping off a child named Holland for a school boat trip—illustrating how they prioritize tasks while staying present. The talk ends with a call‑to‑action, asking viewers to identify one thing they can focus on today to “make their world small,” and wishes everyone an awesome day.

Good morning, everyone. Here is your moment of yes for Friday, September second. Hello, back in St. Louis. Tired, just tired. The world is moving too fast. The world is moving too fast. The world is too big. And to go back to Man of Steel, the Man of Steel movie, right? What does his mom say when he says the world is too big? She says. Make it small. How do you make it small? Focusing on one thing that brings you a sense of peace, one thing that brings you a sense of comfort, one thing that brings you a sense of purpose, and focus and swim towards that thing. And again, just thinking about that today, reminded of that today because, um, yeah, just kind of recovering from a really busy week and still coming back into, um, having a lot going on today. Um, uh, and a busy— it's just life is busy. Great. Grateful, grateful, but busy. And so yeah, focusing on this idea of, of make it small. So the immediate thing today is I have a, you know, online meeting here in an hour. Um, my first Limitless Live today at 12:15 Eastern Time. Um, uh, if you go to Limitless, uh, Minds, I think, I think we're either going to be on Twitch or you can download the Club Limitless app and watch on the So excited about that. It'll be like a 20 to 30 minute live video, myself and Mike Lewis. That'll be fun. And then, yeah, a team Zoom presentation later today. So just working all that, plus trying to be present with the family. Holland takes off tonight. I have to drop him off at 2:30 in the morning at the school flagpole because he's going to be on a little boat for the next week. Oh, that's so cool. with a group of students, class trip. Woo! So figuring all that out today. So making the world small by focusing on what's the most important thing. So now it's get some work done, get ready, get ready for my next call, and then I'll make it small again. So what do you need to do today on this Friday to make your world small? That's your moment of yes. Have an awesome day, everybody.
