In this brief motivational monologue recorded on September 8, 2025, the speaker from Houston reflects on the natural shift into fall and draws parallels between seasonal change, business transitions, and personal life adjustments. Using the caterpillar‑and‑goo metaphor, they encourage listeners to stop resisting change and instead view challenges as opportunities for growth. The speaker promotes an upcoming "Reframe and Rise" session for Limitless Minds, urging participants to consider whether they see themselves as victims or victors, and to reframe obstacles as hurdles that strengthen them. The talk concludes with a call‑to‑action: identify one mindset or behavior shift you will make this week, framing it as your personal "moment of yes."

Good day, everyone. Here's your Moment of Yes for Monday, September 8th. Greetings from Houston, Texas, down south. Doing some work down here for the next 2 days. But yeah, just reflecting a little bit. Starting to feel a little fall-ish in different parts of the country. I just did a corporate virtual where we were talking a lot about sort of transitions, transitioning from one season to the next, or just being in a a business that's going kind of through its own transitions, and then thinking about just our own individual personal life transitions that we go through with family members, with school and our kids, and all these different changes that are going on. And of course, it always reminds me of the caterpillar and the goo, and we can either suffer and struggle and fight against change and transition and transformation, Or we can embrace it and embrace the goo and ask ourselves, what am I— how is this forcing me to grow? What am I learning as a result of this difficulty or this challenge? And how we position it and how we frame it. I'm doing a session tomorrow for Limitless Minds, and the session is called Reframe and Rise, right? So how do we rise? We rise by reframing the situation we're going through. Am I viewing this through the lens of a victim? Or through the lens of a victor? Am I seeing this as an obstacle, or am I seeing it as a hurdle that's going to allow me to get stronger and take a step up and grow? And so as we reframe and rise, as we embrace the goo, you know, the fall season, just like any other season, is a transition period for us to kind of shift our mindset, shift some of our behaviors, and as a result, we embrace the change instead of resisting it. So what shift do you need to make this week? That's your moment of yes. Have a wonderful week, everyone.
