In this brief motivational video, the speaker delivers the daily "Moment of Yes" for Monday, September 9th. He shares that he, Hollister, and their companion Mako are in northern Michigan, while another friend, Shepherd, is on a school boat trip in Maine. Using the setting of wide‑open, quiet nature, he urges listeners to step outside—whether in a rural area or a city—turn off devices, and spend even five minutes in silent observation of the natural world. The goal is to disconnect from digital distractions, breathe in the environment, and reconnect with one’s deeper sense of presence and connection to everything around them. The speaker emphasizes that this simple, device‑free outdoor break can provide an emotional reset and a deeper connection to self and surroundings.
