Good morning, everyone. Here is your Moment of Yes for Wednesday, December 23rd. Happy holidays, everyone. So, uh, in addition to needing to shave, I need to express gratitude. And so that's what today's Moment of Yes is all about. So the, uh, the culmination of our Holiday Hope for the Homeless, uh, came to an end on Monday, uh, and in the process we raised nearly $6,000, which allowed us to create almost 220 gift bags that will be given away to, to those people currently living on the streets. And so more than anything, again, I'm just blown away by, by the generosity of everybody involved. The donations from, from, from some of you, the donations from people I've never met and will never meet, And the effort that certain people put in. And so what it got me thinking from a gratitude standpoint is how much, much of our lives are supported. I don't want to say dependent, but supported. The impact depends on others, right? So like, Your success is dependent on others, your, you know, your businesses, your, your, your happiness, your— well, I doubt to say happiness, because obviously we're in control, or we are in control of our own happiness. But just looking at the idea that so much of everything that we do is dependent on others supporting us, or providing services that allow us to do that. And so that's what I was grateful for today. I'm grateful for— it's, it's, it's one thing to have an idea and then put it out there, and then when you see people who support it, and, you know, like, if without the support of others, you know, maybe Hollister and I create 20 bags, you know, on our own, because that's— that would have been what we could have afforded. But, but then allowing other people to come into your life and support you, allowing other people to come in and collaborate with you and Um, there's so much power in that and to express gratitude for that. So as I'm sitting here thinking about my moment of yes, I'm like, huh, what other aspects of my life am I grateful for that I wouldn't be able to appreciate these things if it weren't for these other people? So that's the space that I'm sitting in today, um, and I encourage you to do the same. What are you grateful for? What are the What are the things outside of, of, of, of yourself? What are the things that, that because of other people, um, you know, maybe it's the home that you live in, you know, that I could— I, I sure can't buy a house. Um, I can't replace a toilet. Well, I could, but that would be, you know, quite a sight to see. And so all of these things in our lives that are made possible because of the support and effort of others. So that's your motive. Yes, for today, what are you most grateful for based on others? Let's see what shows up, people. Have a great day. See you on Christmas morning.
