In this New Year’s Eve vlog, Travis Thomas reflects on completing his year‑long daily video series “365 A Moment of Yes,” a project in which he posted a short video each day for 2013. He highlights the rapid passage of the year, the core themes that ran through the videos—authentic living, surrender, and moving beyond self‑imposed limits—and thanks the few viewers who followed the journey. He then announces a new weekly series called “7 Days of Yes,” where each week he will share an idea, activity, or intention for viewers to try. Throughout the monologue he invites the audience to create and submit their own “moment of yes” videos, emphasizing that inspiration arises when people make time and space for it. The tone is conversational, grateful, and motivational, with a consistently enthusiastic and supportive sentiment toward both his past work and the community he hopes to build.

Good morning, everyone. Happy December 31st, New Year's Eve, 2013. Tomorrow, 2014. And believe it or not, can you believe it? Today, your last moment of yes for 2013. 365 days ago, I committed to doing this video every single day for the year. And I was committed to it, but it was really interesting to see how that was going to happen and show up. And a job change and a move and everything later. And if you go back and you have the time and you really want to take in the full experience, 365 A Moment of Yes videos posted, one for each day of the year. Wow! And starting tomorrow, it's already posted on the site, is the 7 Days of Yes. experience or activity where each week I will post a video and some— an idea as— and so an activity or an intention to do for the week. But I just wanted to reflect back with a little bit of gratitude for the past year. It has been super, super fast. I can't believe how fast it's gone. I have no idea that what I have said in the past 365 videos, but I'm sure they all kind of have that common theme Of living authentically, living gracefully, surrendering, and just getting outside of your, your limited perception of yourself, getting outside of your fears and your whatever is holding you back, just to, just to live love and to live that authentic purpose, that authentic expression of who you are. So 365 moments of yes. So now what? What's today? So your moment of yes is For today is what is your moment of yes? I want to hear from you. So I will occasionally post these when I'm inspired, but I want to hear from you. Do you have a moment of yes? Do you want to film a moment of yes? If you have an idea that you want to share, film it, send it to me, or film it and upload it to YouTube or any online site, send it to me, and I will publish it on the site as your moment of yes. How cool is that? This has never been about, I'm the one with the inspiration. It's all about all of us making time and making the space for inspiration to come to us and to come through us. So, what are you going to do? What's your inspiration? And if you see yourself as, well, I don't have anything, absolutely, just like I said, the number of days I started off this video with just hitting record and going. If you make the time, if you make the space, inspiration will show up. Just see what shows up. I want to hear from you. What is your moment of yes? Film it, upload it, send it to me, and I'll put it on the site. It has been an honor. For those of you who have stuck around with me for the year and have consistently checked out the video, thank you so much. There hasn't been very many of you, but it wasn't about that anyway. But thank you so much for your support and the occasional email that encouraged me along. So thank you so much. Have a wonderful, wonderful New Year, everyone, and keep on living that yes. That is your moment of yes for 2013. Thank you.
