Good morning, everyone. Here is your moment of yes for today. What are you grateful for right now? I could ask you that question yesterday or 15 minutes ago and it could be totally different, but right now, what are you grateful for? See if you can catch yourself a few times during the day, maybe setting a few reminders for yourself to almost have, you know, a little beep or a little alarm or something, and in that moment, you just stop and go, okay, what am I grateful for right now? Maybe it's the lunch that you're eating, maybe it's the fact that the sun is out or the clouds are beautiful or the fact that someone just helped you with a project. No matter what it is, what are you grateful for right now? You don't have to go back years. What is it right now? What can you connect yourself right to and feel gratitude to? That's simple. That's your moment of yes for today. On a gratitude note, for me, I am grateful because in a short Time here, I'll be jumping on an airplane to fly up to Michigan to see my kids that I haven't seen in 7 and a half weeks. 7 and a half weeks. Yeah. Crazy. And of course my wife, I got to see her in the middle point for like 3 days, but that's crazy too, like 2, 3 and a half week stints. So I am on my way, grateful to see them and to see the rest of my family up in Michigan and to have a couple days off from work. So gratitude all around. So what are you grateful for right now? That's your moment of yes for today.
