Good morning, everyone. Here is your moment of yes for today. Have you noticed that it's been a green shirt week for me? Trust me, they're different shirts. I've been rotating them and washing the dirty ones. So just think, a little stinky. Well, I do stink, but it's not the shirts. Special thanks to Hollister for the haircut. She trimmed me up last night. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. So your moment of yes for today. So I think one of the true keys to happiness is something that society, our society, our culture does a horrible job teaching, not so much teaching but encouraging and inviting out of, and I think that is authenticity. Our culture does a horrible job encouraging us to be authentic. Now, we'll sell ideas like, oh, you've got to be unique or be innovative. But it's usually done in like a branding or a marketing type of way instead of true authenticity. That true authenticity is you being the person, living the life, expressing yourself in a way that brings you the greatest sense of peace and purpose and fulfillment. Which a lot of the time is going against the grain of what our culture or what society says is success or what that looks like, how you act. And so we spend most of our time trying to live up to an idea that's not necessarily us. Therefore, we're inauthentic. As leaders, we lead inauthentically because we don't want people to see our faults. And And as people, we are inauthentic all the time because we don't want people to see our faults. We don't want to be vulnerable. Therefore, we're always putting on these different masks. Yet the more authentic we are, the more transparent we are, and the more we allow people to see who we truly are, the happier we are. The more genuine we show up in relationships, the truer sense of work and employment we seek out. And therein lies true happiness. But yet, it's not really what we teach, is it? So today is all about authenticity. Allow your authentic self to come out. Be authentic and step out of your comfort zone into your authenticity. It's right there waiting for you all the time. That's your moment of yes for today, everyone. Have a wonderful day.
