Good morning, everyone. Happy Monday morning. Hopefully you had a good weekend. I know I did. Your moment of yes for this morning is actually a moment of no. Last week I was talking about the, obviously, the idea of less is more. And when we notice, you know, something in our life that maybe we could do less of or would have less of, It actually opens up more of an opportunity of something that maybe actually connects with us deeper or is better for us. So I've been thinking about that a lot. So just as a nice sort of challenge and fun growth opportunity for me, I've decided that starting tomorrow, October 1st, I'm going to do 30 days of no sugar. Of no sugar. Of no artificial sugar, not artificial sugar but refined or— I can have fruit. How about that? I can have fruit but as far as having sugar in anything else, I'm going to not do that for 30 days with the idea of by not consuming sugar or taking in sugar to fill a craving, I'll be able to replace it with something more nutritious, more healthy. And then just noticing whatever attachment or reaction I have to getting rid of something in my life that ultimately I just don't need. So, 30 days of doing that. So, it's kind of a 30 days of no in order to have a greater yes. And so, I'm going to try that for the next 30 days. If you want to join me, if you're thinking, yeah, I'd like to give that a shot, Send me an email or respond or comment. Let me know and we can support each other as we do this. I know Hollister is going to do this as well. And also we have another 30 Days of Yes 101 starting tomorrow. So if you're interested in that or know someone who is, have them sign up with me as well. So 30 Days of No— saying no to something in order to have a bigger yes. That's your moment of yes/no today. Have a great day.
