Here is your moment of yes. Good morning, everyone. It looks like I need to shave. It looks like it's about that time of the week. So I overslept my alarm this morning by an hour. And now my temptation was to actually be frustrated and discouraged and feel like my whole day was sort of shifted out of whack. So I challenge you today, when we all wake up, we have an idea, an ideal idea or vision of how we want our day to go. We know what events are going, what's going to happen. And we really want to stick to the way we want it to go. And when things happen that throw us off schedule, it's easy to feel like we've been thrown out of whack. I'm going to challenge you today. It's okay to have an ideal vision of how you want your day to go. But the opportunity is to see if you can accept peacefully the way your day unfolds. Obviously, there's going to be challenges and things that pop up in every day that we, we didn't expect, nor do we necessarily want. But I challenge you today to accept every event that happens during your day. Accept it. Don't resist it. Don't fight it. The opportunity is to decide how you're going to process and respond to it. Now, we don't always expect things, especially surprises, to pop up on our day, but that's life. They're going to happen every day, all the time. How you choose to respond to them and process them What you make them mean to you makes all the difference in the world as far as your, your sense of peace and happiness. So today, your moment of yes, I want you to accept everything that happens, but then decide how are you going to choose to respond and process it. That's your moment of yes for today. Have a wonderful, wonderful day. Thank you, Travis.
