This pain hurts, this chain works. I think back, flex, same person. This is all I got. Thanks, Jay-Z. That's helping me out. Jay-Z, my little lead-in today for Sunday's Moment of Yes. How is everyone doing today? Hope you're having a great weekend. Just, yeah, today's your Moment of Yes. Feeling really grateful. Got to wake up yesterday morning, watch Trinity and Shepherd play soccer. Holland had tennis and I zipped in the car. Drove across the state just in time to meet up with the boys and do a really fun sold-out Jove show last night. Thank you to everyone who was able to make it. And then woke up this morning and got to perform a really inspiring church service with our people over here, and that was a lot of fun. Now jumping in the car and heading back home to hang with the family for the rest of the night. So your moment of yes for today is as I'm driving around You come to the stoplight, you see the— and I'm guilty of it sometimes— the people, they immediately go to their cell phone and they check email, text, Twitter, whatever they're doing. So I challenge you, your moment of yes for today is to— when you find yourself with that temptation, obviously if you're getting directions or whatnot, you need to follow directions. That makes sense. When you come to a stoplight and you have that few moments of just nothingness, of nothingness that needs your attention, instead of shifting your attention down to your phone, see if you can keep your attention present with where you are, with the intersection, and just looking around and just appreciate. Be in a mindset of appreciation, noticing and appreciating even the little things that might be around you, the person in the car next to you, The beautiful tree, a beautiful skyline, whatever it is. See if you can stay in that mode instead of automatically going to distraction. So be in a mindset of appreciation. Try that today. Try that the next time you pull up to a stoplight and your immediate reaction is to check low. Check this instead. Look out and just be in a mode of appreciation. That's your moment of yes for today, everyone. Have a wonderful day. Thank you.
