Good morning, everyone. Here is your moment of yes for today. Happy Monday! It's a new week. How you feeling? What's your focus today? So your moment of yes for today is to be careful. Now you think about that, especially as a parent now. I tell my kids all the time, "Be careful, be careful, be careful." You know, and when someone's driving, you're like, "Okay, guy, have a good trip. Be careful." We're used to always telling people. To be careful. And what we're really saying with that is be cautious. You know, our be careful has turned into be cautious. But when you think of the word careful, to be full of care, you know, caring to me is such an outside expression of caring for others. And so this weekend, we were at a friend's house and there was a baby squirrel that they found in their backyard that had been abandoned. Looks like it had been abandoned by their mother. And so all the kids and, and some of the older kids, they just, they wanted to take care of it. They wanted to protect it. So they ended up putting it in a shoebox and taking it to a shelter where the, the wildlife shelter was going to take care of it from there. I just love that idea of, of being full of care. And as we approach our day today, be careful Be full of care with the interactions that you have, with the work that you do. Be careful with yourself. Be careful with others. And so you have that ability with what we do and all of our actions to be full of care, to be full of compassion, to be full of selflessness and the power that has on ourselves when we care for ourselves, as well as being full of care with others as we go out throughout the day. So be careful. That's your moment of yes for today.
