Good morning, everyone. Here's your moment of yes for today. Happy Boxing Day. Hope you guys are celebrating Boxing Day well. Yes, Boxing Day today, December 26th. We are celebrating it here in the house because we found out that on Boxing Day there are Barclays Premier League soccer matches on all day today. So Shepherd and I will be hunkered down catching games whenever we can. And that is how we are celebrating Boxing Day. So your moment of yes for today. Yesterday was Christmas again. Merry Christmas to everyone, and the idea yesterday was to to just live that that Christ spirit, that love, that yes, that authenticity as big and as as true as possible. So today, you know, so so we're coming over from authenticity hangover, right? It exists, doesn't it? No. So today is where today is carry it, carry. That spirit into today. There's— I think we do this mental thing where we get all geared up and we're on our best behavior for Christmas, and then the next day comes, and then we, we kind of fall back into old patterns, old routines of actually of not authentic expression of ourselves. So today is treat today like it's Christmas. Treat today from an authenticity standpoint of I'm going to express that, that true nature, that compassion, that love, that spirit as big and as powerful today as you felt yesterday and just take that today and then we'll try to take it tomorrow but just focus on today, focus on now, focus on again what is that true spirit, that love, that yes, that authenticity that is inside of you and how you felt it yesterday, bring that into today. Make sense? No old patterns, no old routines, no going back. Only moving forward. That's your moment of yes for today, everyone. Have a great day.
