Good morning everyone. Here is your moment of yes for today. Yes, I'm looking a little, a little gray on the beard side. Still waking up. Late night watching Stanley Cup hockey till 1:30 in the morning. Game 7. Go Wings! So your moment of yes for today is I want you to take a moment right now. I want you to pause, reflect, and notice Is there any part of your body that is stiff, feeling tension, or just if— do you have anything that's causing you a sense of anxiety or tension? A lot of times we carry tension in our body and we don't really notice it until we take the opportunity to stop, reflect, and just take stock of our body, of how we're feeling. Are we holding any area of our body with with tension. And if we notice ourselves holding tension in a part of our body or just holding tension about something in our life that is causing us anxiety, this is your moment to notice it, take stock of it, and see if you can just take a big deep breath and just breathe through it. For the next few minutes, take a few deep breaths and just breathe through some of the tension that you're feeling. Again, a lot of times when we don't stop and reflect and assess and notice our thoughts, notice where our thoughts have been and how they have actually been affecting us physically in our physiology. So I want you to take a few moments today, stop, notice, feel the tension, notice thoughts that we might be carrying around with us that's causing some stress and tension, and just take a few moments to breathe through Breathe through them. Breathe through them. That is a good mantra for life. That's your Motive Yes for today. Have a wonderful day, everyone.
