Good morning, everyone. How are you? Here's your Moment of Yes for today, Sunday, brought to you by Family Dental in Flint, Michigan. If when you talk, people find it hard to focus, it's probably because you have halitosis. Family Dental. No, actually, today is not sponsored, but I did want to give a shout out to my sister-in-law, Lori, Dr. Thomas. Her family practice, her family dental dental practice. I butchered that. I'm sorry. And that's really not their slogan. But smelling my own halitosis—that's what I got today. And what in the heck does that have to do with today's moment of yes? Well, it actually it does. So your moment of yes for today is most of us, most of us brush our teeth at least twice a day, usually at the beginning of the day and the end of the day. And you think about that, you start the day off by brushing off the gook, you go through the day, you end the day by brushing off all the gook, everything that builds up on your teeth throughout the day. And that's something that we all do and we all get and we all understand. It's a part of taking care of our teeth, taking care of our hygiene, being responsible, being respectful, and recognizing that throughout the day we're going to have that buildup. And our method for getting rid of it is obviously brushing our teeth. And so when you think of your, your, your spiritual practices, your inspirational practices, your whatever your oxygen activities that take care of you, they're a lot like brushing your teeth. And we recognize that we need to brush our teeth to take care of them. We also need to recognize that we need to build in our reflective spiritual oxygen activities to take care of ourselves as well. And it's great. At least have one in the morning and have one in the evening. And obviously, if you can work them out during the day, that's best too, because as we go through our day, we experience a buildup, a buildup of thoughts, beliefs, fears, anything that tries to kind of attach itself to us to take us away from being the clearest, purest, most authentic transparency that we can be, to be our authentic selves. And so we need to have our own little mental Cleaning process like brushing our teeth that takes care of our thoughts, takes care of our consciousness as well. So, how are you mentally brushing your teeth once or twice a day? Think about that today. It's Sunday. It's a great day to sit and reflect. And and if you're not, build in one or two things beginning end of the day to really to brush your thoughts, to brush your mind, to get yourself clean. Cleaned off and focused. That's your moment of yes for today. Thank you, Family Dental. Thank you, Dr. T. Have a good one. Thank you.
