Good morning, everyone. Happy Monday. How was your weekend? I hope it was a good one. I know I had a very fulfilling weekend. So your moment of yes for today is— so take notice right now of how you're feeling. What emotion, what descriptive word would you use to sum up how you are feeling right now? What would it be? Go. No. So whatever you're feeling right now, articulate it, notice it. And are you okay with that? You know, why are you feeling that way? What's going on right now to make you feel that way? If it's a positive thing, did something happen or is something coming up? If it's a negative thing, did something happen? Is something coming up? Regardless of what is going on, think to yourself, what quality, what feeling, what emotion do you— would you prefer to feel right now? And, and notice that and then choose it. Choose that right now. Choose to, to carry yourself in the way that you desire to feel. It is a choice. At the end of the day, every moment it is a choice. Even if you've got something on your agenda today that you're not looking forward to, change how you are perceiving it, how you're thinking about it, how you're believing it, and, and replace it with with positivity. Replace it with, excuse me, some qualities that you know that you can bring to the table and that you know no matter what is going on, you are able to control your own thoughts, how you are showing up and how you're thinking about it. So instead of feeling like either a victim to the day or a victim to a circumstance, take control, take responsibility and accountability for how you're thinking and how you're going to show up. And if you're feeling great right now, just continue on feeling great. You get to choose that as well. That's your moment of yes for today, everyone. Have a wonderful day.
