Good morning, everyone. Here is your Moment of Yes. Happy President's Day to everyone in North America. To everyone outside of North America, happy Monday. This is your Moment of Yes. As people, we don't tend to embrace change a whole lot. If we have a great relationship, we don't like it when it changes. If we have things things a certain way, whether it's a job, where we live, we don't like it when it changes. I get it. I'm the same way. Yet in reality, everything in our life is constantly changing. Now on a spiritual level, truth, whatever you want to call it, God, love, the universe, I believe is changeless. And so that truth, that universal truth, that universal goodness is changeless. On the spiritual level. On the human level, everything is constantly changing. Even that thing that looks perfectly still and not moving is moving and changing. Now for me, when I take the word change and change it to transform or evolve, change doesn't seem so scary to me. I love to see that everything in my life is constantly transforming. And evolving. And so am I seeing it as evolving in progress, or do I see it as evolving and transforming into something negative? I tend to go for every change, every transformation, every evolution that's going on is about progress and unfolding and surrendering to goodness, surrendering to the divine. And so can you embrace change today? Can you embrace it as transformation and evolution happening in a relationship, in your life, your body, your work, your career, whatever it is? It's changing, evolving, transforming, and it's perfect the way it is right now. And that's going to change, obviously, because it just changed right now. So let's embrace that change, embrace the evolution and transformation of everything. everything that is happening right now. That's your moment of yes for today. Have a wonderful day.
