Good morning, everyone. Here is your moment of yes for today. Your moment of yes for today is to check your lens. Now, if I gave you a pair of sunglasses that had a red lens to them, what would the world look like? Everything would look red. Pretty obvious. Because through your perspective, through that lens, everything would show up with a red hue on it. You couldn't help but see it that way. So today, Stop, similar to what we did yesterday, take a moment and reflect on what beliefs, what judgments, what different ideas you have that are creating the lens through which you are viewing your day, viewing a situation, or even just viewing life in general. What does your lens look like? Is it spotted with negativity, judgment, criticism, or is it clear? Of all of that? And what does the situation or life look like when it is clear of all those negative ideas that, that kind of clog up our lens? So today, take a look at your lens, choose what you want to have on your lens, whether you want to clean it off or not, and then see how that impacts your day. That's your Moment of Yes for today. Have a wonderful day, everyone.
