Good morning everyone. Here is your moment of yes for today. So, if someone came up to you and said, hey, we want to turn your life into a movie. The first thing you would think would be, wow, who is going to play me? Right? You know, in my case obviously George Clooney should be available because of the hair. And so, yeah. So, actually the real question though behind that statement is, If someone asked you, we want to turn your life into a movie, what story would you give them? If you had to give them the story of your life, what would it look like? How would you describe it? Would it be a comedy, a tragedy? Would it be boring, action, adventure, thriller, romance? No. So what would your story be? We all have stories that we have created around our life. Our life is essentially a story, and the story is the perception that we have about our life, the meaning that we have given certain things in our life. That is why we have created a story. Now, all of these things that have happened in our life, what I call the facts or the events, they happened. What we made them mean to us, the meaning that we gave them, is the story that we have created about them, and therefore it becomes the story in which we tell ourselves About our life, about who we are, about how successful we are, about whether people like us or whether we can, we can do things. So for you today, I challenge you to think about what story would you give someone if they wanted to turn your life into a movie? Is it an empowering story or a disempowering story? If it's disempowering, it might be time to go back, take a look at some of the meaning that you've given some events in your life, and possibly challenge them and look at them From a different perspective. Same facts, same events, but maybe a little different meaning. So that's your moment of yes for today, everyone. I've got Clooney on line 1.
