Good morning, everyone. Here is your moment of yes for today. Happy Friday. So, your moment of yes for today is, what are you committed to? Have you ever had someone ask you like, you know, what are you really committed to in life? And sometimes we can treat that as if it's a philosophical question. Well, I'm committed to this, these principles and these things and these ideas which can intellectually seem like, okay, I'm sure I can come up with a response to that. When practically, we can very practically figure out right now what you are committed to. So just think about it. Think about how you spend your time each day, what you do, what you do on a daily basis over and over again. That's what you're committed to. Are you committed to watching 3 hours of TV every day? Whether you made that conscious choice or not, are you doing that every day? Are you participating in the same activities over and over and over again? Well, guess what? That's what you're committed to. Do you think that you're committed to things that you don't actually do on a regular basis? Think about that. If you were to write down the most important things in your life and you would think that you're committed to them, do you do them on a daily basis? Do you spend time developing them, nurturing them intentionally, Giving them the love and the care that they need? Or do they just stay an intellectual thing or an intellectual exercise? So what are you committed to? Think about the things in your life that you do over and over and over again. Are there some stories that you're committed to? Are there some habits that you're committed to? Are there some behaviors, beliefs, and fears that you're committed to? Do you want to be committed to those? So, take some time today to think about what exactly you're committed to, what you really want to be committed to, and what you're going to do starting today, maybe just a few minutes a day, to actually align your thoughts with what you really want to do. That's your moment of yes for today, everyone. Have a wonderful day.
