Good morning, everyone. Here is your moment of yes for today. That light is like I got a halo coming, which we all know is not the case. I'm not rocking any halos anytime soon. So your moment of yes for today is this morning I just came back from a community yoga event. It was kind of an open to the public at the Ringling Museum in Sarasota overlooking the water, which was really cool. Over 100 people, it was so packed, it extended around the building. I couldn't see or hear the teacher, so I relied on sort of everyone else around me who could see and hear to know what posture and position to go into next, which was kind of a cool idea of just being in a group that big for yoga, which was really cool, and then just having to kind of have to rely on the community to know what to do next. Today I'm heading over to the other side of the state to Melbourne, Florida. I'm giving a talk and a workshop at the Unity Church in Melbourne tomorrow. So if you are in the area in Florida and you want to come over and see that talk, that is a free talk. Obviously you can make any donation, but that's tomorrow morning, afternoon at the Unity Church of Melbourne, which is another community event. And so sort of my moment of yes today is just again encouraging you out of your comfort zone, out of your normal routine to sort of take advantage of the community that is around you. You know, I was in the coffee shop yesterday and struck up a conversation with the guy sitting next to me and just appreciating the fact that we have the opportunity to sort of create community all the time. And it's all around us. And it's just a, you know, a real wall or a fake wall or a mental wall that gets in the way of us connecting with people around us. And so I'm so grateful and appreciative for being able to be part of this big community event today, going— being able to facilitate one tomorrow, and just trying to take advantage even in little ways, whether it's talking to your neighbors or talking to someone in line at the bank or Chipotle. Hint, hint. So to take advantage of connecting with your community, there's something very powerful in it. And that's your moment of yes for today, everyone. Have a great day.
