So your moment of yes for today is, so the other day I was in Trader Joe's with the family and I was seeking them out. I had to find them. It had been a while since I had the chocolate almond sea salt, the sea salt chocolate-covered almonds by Trader Joe's. If you haven't had one yet, you know it because your life has not yet changed. Because when you have one, your life will change. Well, that's what I told the group of people who were standing next to them when I got my box of almonds. And they looked at me like I was crazy. And I ensured them that these almonds will in fact change your life. So the one woman Broke open the wrapper, took one out, and had an almond, and it indeed did change her life. She gave me a high five, told me that I was her favorite person in the world right now, and then gave me one of her chocolate almonds. It was probably one of the highlights of my life. So your moment of yes for today is, is to just get out of your comfort zone and To relax, to have fun. And so today I want you— you've got to give someone a verbal compliment today. I don't care where it is, preferably someone that you don't already know. Granted, it always feels good when someone we know compliments us, but what about while you're standing in line at Starbucks or at the grocery store or someone on the street? I want you to Try to get out of your own mindset, focus on people around you, and try to give someone, at least one person, a compliment today, someone that you don't know. And keep your focus on that and just see what happens and see what shows up. It should be fun. And I love me some chocolate-covered sea salt almonds if anyone wants to send me some.
