Good morning, everyone. Happy Thursday, right? Yes, it is. Here's your Moment of Yes for today. Now, it is the 1-week countdown until Thanksgiving for those of us here in the United States. So the idea came to me today to do sort of a 7-day countdown to Thanksgiving. The obvious thing to do would be to express a little bit of gratitude each day, and you are more than welcome to do that. But with— hair in my mouth, one take. But with, with the holidays, especially Thanksgiving and family coming together, it is easy to actually have a lot of stuff come up to the surface that maybe hasn't been completely resolved or, or let go of. And so my countdown to Thanksgiving is, what would it be like if we sat in reflection, if we sat in silence, A few minutes each day for the next 7 days and open ourselves up to a person or a situation that needed to be forgiven. Now, those of you doing the Yes 101 right now, you just did the forgiveness activity. But for the rest of us, a 7-day countdown to gratitude using forgiveness. So we know a week from today will be Thanksgiving. So every day, to take a few minutes to sit, to be quiet, To listen and just see, is there a person, is there a situation, is there something that, that needs to be forgiven? It could be a small petty thing, it could be a big thing that you've been holding on to for a while. And it's just another step of freedom each day toward being able to truly sit, feel blessed and grateful on Thanksgiving Day. So today, day 1, your countdown to Thanksgiving. Forgiveness. Sit in that silence. See what shows up. Thank you, airplane. That's your moment of BS for today.
