Happy Saturday, everyone. Here is your Moment of Yes. I have a question for you today. How do you deal with life's disappointments? Those setbacks, those frustrations that kind of spring up and punch you in the gut or try to disrupt your day or week or whatever is going on. How do you deal with those disappointments? So do you avoid them? Do you deny them? Do you ignore them? Do you blame someone else? Do you know, how do you respond to those situations? Where does your thought go? What is your sort of reflex reaction when things go not the way that you had hoped? So the question that has been really valuable to me during those moments is to pause, take a step back, relax, and ask the question, what am I learning right now? What can I learn from this moment? What can I learn from this experience? Yes, things did not work out the way I would have planned. So what am I learning right now from the way things are? You're going to see emotions, thoughts, different beliefs, fears are going to come to the surface. And those are probably coming to the surface because there's an opportunity for growth and for learning. So what are you learning right now? The next time you experience that setback, Or that disappointment, ask yourself, what am I learning right now? What can I learn from this experience? That's your moment of yes for today. Have a wonderful day, everyone.
