Good morning, everyone. Here is your moment of yes for today, Sunday. So the question that comes to me this morning when it comes to the things that we sort of choose to spend our time with, the question is, is it a distraction or a passion? Is the things that you do day in and day out, how you choose to spend your time, is it the result of that provides to you a distraction From maybe not doing something that you should be doing or taking your thought or attention away from something? Or is it really a genuine expression of something that you're passionate about, your purpose, your yes? So I can't make that judgment for you and I'm not going to make that judgment for you. Trust me, I've got my own list that I need to look at and listen on and evaluate. And think about, wow, is what I'm doing really an expression of something I'm passionate about and it's helping me grow and it's helping me evolve and progress? Or is it a distraction from growing, evolving, and progressing? And so that's the question I'm sitting with today. Is it a distraction or a passion? I'm going to listen on that. And since it's Sunday, what a great day to listen and reflect. Hopefully you guys will do the same. That's your moment of yes for today, everyone. Have a wonderful day.
