Good morning, everyone. Here is your moment of yes. Are you noticing anything today that should be different? Maybe you're waking up, it's March 24th, and you've got 8 inches of snow. Spring should be here. Maybe that bill that you got, that unexpected bill that's setting your bank account back, shouldn't have happened. Or whatever other numerous reason Or a thing that could pop up that should or should not be happening right now. Whatever that is, or however many there are, try to take a moment today, your moment of yes, just instead of judging them and deciding whether they should or should not be a part of your experience, just notice them, accept that you are being confronted with the situation, good or bad, and then give yourself space and peace in how you're going to choose to respond to it. Now whether you feel it should or should not be happening, don't get caught up with that. Instead, accept that you're being confronted with it right now and then choose how you want to respond from purpose, from peace, from grace. That is where your power is, not in trying to change what is happening. That's your moment of yes for today. Have a wonderful day everyone. And for those of you in the Midwest, keep shoveling. Keep shoveling.
