Good morning, everyone. Here is your moment of yes from the parking lot at Starbucks in Florida. The phone is propped up on my cup of coffee, hoping that it doesn't fall in. Your moment of yes for today. So I was on a very inspiring call last night with a fireside chat with Educaré. So thank you to QL and the gang last night for that inspiring call. And one idea that came to me while listening on that call last night is Being conscious of when I am holding back my true feelings. And when I mean my true feelings, I really mean when I'm holding back love and holding back from sort of expressing compassion and love in a way where it might, you know, normally be uncomfortable to do. And I'm not talking about just going up and kissing strangers, although that's how I met my wife. No, I didn't. But actually saying something or feeling like It's like being inspired to do something that feels a little bit outside of your comfort zone, but you're feeling authentically impelled to do so. And so I'm trying to notice the times when I'm holding back, holding back my true self, holding back my true love and purpose of wanting to express myself and just care for somebody. So your moment of yes for today is to be conscious of that in yourself. And if you feel yourself holding back, maybe you can stretch outside your comfort zone just a little bit and let that authenticity show. That's your moment of yes for today. The phone has not slipped into the coffee yet. Have a wonderful, wonderful day. Thank you.
