Good morning, everyone. Happy Sunday. Here's your moment of yes for today. I am in the car cam, as you can see. We're back in Jupiter here for a couple of days. Thanks to everyone who came out last night to the show. It was a great show. For those of you who didn't, shame on you. Shame on you. Lumps of coal in your stocking. That's what you are getting. Yeah. So, so your moment of yes for today is if you are finding time during the day to take a Some moments of quiet, some moments of reflection, moments of listening, meditation, prayer, whatever your practice looks like. Thinking about presence and gifts. Presence, gifts. Taking those moments of presence and just noticing what shows up. Obviously, I've talked about that lots of times over these last 330+ days. But noticing what shows up when you quiet your activity, when you quiet your doing, And just spend more time being and listening and notice what shows up. And maybe it's different things every time, or maybe it's the same things that keep showing up. But the discipline and the act of actually doing that and seeing what shows up, that is really sort of the early gift that you get to unwrap. And you might have to unwrap it over and over and over again. But since it is the holiday season and we're all about gifts, giving time for yourself to spend time being quiet and noticing what shows up, that is a gift That you get to unwrap over and over and over again. Because there is deep, rich learning and growing and inspiration in noticing what shows up and being able to unwrap it and be with it a little bit. So that's what came to me this morning during my little moment of listening. And that is my moment of yes. So unwrap some of those gifts and see what's really inside. That's it, people. That's your moment of yes for today. Have a great day.
