Good morning, everyone. Here is your moment of yes. I wanted to update everyone sort of on the idea of when you're feeling helpless, that idea of surrendering and letting go can be a really good spot. It can be a scary spot. You open yourself up to solutions, to ideas that you cannot sort of sort of humanly solve yourself. And for me, that is really kind of our true growth space, is when we get out beyond our senses or our problem-solving ability. What is it that we're able to sort of open ourselves up to that allows greater connection to kind of happen? And whether that's God or the universe or love. Or the divine, whatever you want to call it. It's getting beyond that space of our human comfort and opening up to bigger plans and bigger ideas. So the situation I was dealing with yesterday, a solution kind of presented itself, and so we're moving forward with that. And so really the moment of yes for today is be careful what advice you have for others. Because you might have to use your own advice. And so the reason I say that is I taught a few classes yesterday, and I was, I was teaching the kids how to deal with adversity, how to connect yourself with your purpose, how to connect yourself with uncertainty and letting go, and, and how to rely on a sense of peace and comfort that is greater than being able to solve a problem or have a solution. And so that was an idea I taught in a few different classes yesterday, and then I had to sort of deal with it myself with the situation that came up. And so I caught myself having to not slip into the things that— or the way of thinking that I talked to with my students, instead of really having to rely on choosing, choosing good and choosing positivity. And And taking the power to have choice. And so today, your moment of yes is, in addition to just surrendering, letting go, trusting, and letting the divine work in your favor, is whatever advice you have for someone else, be careful. You might have to live that own advice yourself. I did. That's your moment of yes for today, everyone. Have a wonderful day. Thank you.
