Good morning, everyone. Here is your moment of yes for today. We have a tendency to fill every moment of our day with something. So when a space comes along, we're like, oh, I can do this now. I can, I can finally do that activity, or I can slide that in. If this gets canceled, I'll slide something else in. So your moment of yes for today is to embrace the moments of space. Embrace the moments of space, whether it is silence in a conversation or some idle time in between activities, or if it is like for me this morning, taking a few extra minutes— excuse me— taking a few extra minutes to just sit in the car and breathe and listen and just be present, just be open. Taking those moments during the day And the temptation again is to fill every idle moment of our day. I've talked about this in the past, but today we're not going to. We're going to embrace the space that comes up and just open yourself up, open your thought, open your listening, prayer, meditation, whatever, whatever feeds your soul the best. That's what you're going to do with your space today. Embrace the space. That's your moment of yes. Have a wonderful day, everyone. Bye.
