Good morning everyone. Here is your moment of yes for today. Your moment of yes for today is exhale. That's right. Right now, whatever you're doing, take a deep breath in and then exhale. Sometimes that's all we need to do during the day to get ourselves centered, relaxed, and refocused. I talked to a few people yesterday who are dealing with real stressful Situations in their life right now. And even in myself, when I feel that anxiety, that stress coming on, it's easy to feel that tension, to feel that tightness build up in your belly. If you can feel it in your body. And really, the biggest solution we can ever do is just take a deep breath and exhale. Focus on your breathing again. Deep breaths, relax, and you will notice your body start to transition, transform. You'll feel relaxed, you'll feel looser, you'll feel eased. And your thoughts will start to relax. And you'll start to feel just more comfortable. And be able to approach whatever you're feeling, whatever that stress and that anxiety is, just breathe through it. But exhale. When we get stressed out, anxious, fearful, we tend to tense up and stop breathing. And we upset that natural rhythm of life that we have. So today, your moment of yes, just exhale. You watch athletes do it before that big moment, before the free throw, before the batter in the batter's box. Exhale. Performers do it before they go on stage. That's your moment of yes for today. Just exhale, relax, connect with your source, connect with love, connect with the universe, and just feel that rhythm flow through you. Have a wonderful day, everyone. Thank you.
