Good morning, everyone. Here is your moment of yes for today from my mobile production studio, better known as my car. Your moment of yes for today: all I wanted to do this weekend was, in addition to packing and cleaning for hours a day, I wanted to have a little bit of beach time. Just sit, listen, reflect, read. Not get So pasty, because I'm kind of pasty, South Florida. It's not really right. So I was hoping to get a little bit of sun. Obviously Noah's Ark happened instead, and so it's been nonstop rain. Right now, of course, maybe there's like a little bit of sun, but by the time I get to the beach, maybe not so much. So what happens when the things that you really want to do don't happen? How do you respond to that? Do you spend so much time, minutes, hours, days, months, your life, arguing about what is, arguing about the facts, and then instead of creating your own reality? There's a difference between the facts and reality. The facts are, for the most part, what is showing up physically, the actual events that are taking place. Today is Sunday. It's cloudy outside. That's kind of like the facts. Reality is what I make the facts mean to me. It becomes my reality. It's Sunday. It's cloudy out. My reality can be, I'm gonna be so upset because I wanted to go to the beach and it's ruined my whole day. Or I'm gonna make my reality great. I'm going to adapt. Now I'll do this. I'll do this. I'll do it. It's total acceptance of what is. And then choosing your own reality. The facts are what shows up. The reality is what you make them. That's a huge shift, I think, for our sense of peace and happiness, especially when it comes to taking control of our peace and happiness. So when life is a beach, how do you respond to it? When the facts— the facts are just the facts with no value or meaning attached to them. Reality is what you make the facts mean. That's your moment of yes for today, everyone. Have a wonderful day.
