Good morning, everyone. Here's your Moment of Yes for today, Tuesday. How is everyone doing? So, question, how do you respond to failure? You can kind of go 2 ways with it. You can either use it as a way to reinforce that, wow, you're just not really good at something, or you're not perfect like you want to be. And so that failure just kind of reinforces you're just not very good. Or we can use failure as just a growth measuring tool. We try something, it doesn't go well. What did we learn from it? What can we do better next time? And keep progressing forward. Hopefully, that's more the side that we're that we're leaning in that growth mindset approach, which is failure is not something to be avoided, and it's not really something to be discouraged by, but something to use as a tool for growing and learning. There's a wonderful organization in the UK called Nixon McGuinness. And they started something a few years ago called the Church of Fail, where every month, once a month, the company comes together and people are encouraged to stand up and share what they failed at that month, whether it was a relationship in the company or a project they were working on, what they failed at. And more importantly, everyone kind of celebrates that, and plus the humility for them to share that, and then what they learned from it, what they learned as a result of their failure. So you're creating that culture of safety, of trust, Of allowing people to take risks, to try to grow without the fear of failure, without the fear of vulnerability or imperfection, all in the spirit of growth. And living your yes, living your yes, isn't that all about just continually growing, continually sticking yourself out there, living with purpose and knowing it's not about living with perfection, it's about living with purpose. and then responding and learning every step of the way. By the way, that company, Nixon McGuinness, is a World Blue company, so they are worth checking out. That's your moment of yes for today, everyone. Have a wonderful day.
