If you think about your, your life purpose, the things that you're passionate about in life, if you think about them as oxygen, think about them from the standpoint of if you don't have these on a regular basis, you can't breathe, you can't live, you can't operate and function. At a level that not only takes care of you but takes care of others around you. So what is your oxygen? Ask yourself, what am I most passionate about? And not so much the doing, but what is it about that, the qualities that you express, the feelings, the thoughts, the beliefs that it brings out, that joy, that flow that it connects you with? What is your oxygen? And are you connecting with that on a daily basis? Are you taking time to, to go inward instead of always looking outward? So today, your moment of yes is, what does your oxygen look like and feel like today? And what can you do right here, right now? Small step, big step, giant leap. What can you do to reconnect with that oxygen? To take a deep breath in and a nice exhale out. Breathing that oxygen, that passion. That's your moment of yes for today. Have a wonderful Friday, everyone. Bye.
