Good morning, everyone. Here is your moment of yes for today. Happy Sunday. Hopefully everyone's going to do something, something relaxing, something inspiring, something fun. So for today, I want you to think back to, think back to an event or a moment that, that was difficult for you. Losing a job or relationship that went bad, an opportunity, a lost game, something that's that, that at that time Was a really difficult situation to go through. So think about that, and think about think about what was negative about it. Think about you know why it was difficult, and I'm sure it doesn't take long for you to to connect with some of those feelings. Now, having some distance away from it now, whenever that was, having some space, some perspective. If you were to describe to someone what was actually positive about that situation, what was good about it, what would you say? And as you think about that, I'm sure you start to notice some key things that came as a result of that, some key things that you learned, some different ways that you grew. Although probably not fun at the time, it helped you sort of grow and evolve into a perhaps A stronger person. Maybe it opened up a new doorway that you weren't looking for. So as we look back to different experiences that are difficult, they're difficult at the time, they often take us to new places. And so this whole idea of that was a good event or that was a bad event is almost kind of completely irrelevant. They're just events. And as we move and as we progress and as we respond to them, It's, it's how we respond and adapt that is the most important thing. So you are constantly growing and evolving, and it's often the difficult times that help push you and evolve the biggest. So on today, Sunday, a day of reflection, a day of rest, look back, think about one or two of those experiences that really got you out of your comfort zone, really pushed you, and then look how you grew and evolved and connect some of those dots for yourself. Of how it was just another blessing wrapped up in a different package. That's your moment of yes for today, everyone. Have a wonderful, wonderful day.
