The speaker uses Groundhog Day to show how repetitive days don't have to feel like a rut. You can choose to see the same circumstances differently, find new meaning in them, and transform from within. The challenge: look at today with fresh eyes and release the judgments holding you back.

Good morning, everyone. Here is your Moment of Yes for today. One of my favorite movies is Groundhog Day with Bill Murray. The idea— there's a lot of ideas I like from that film, but the idea that I'm thinking about today is how a lot of times we feel like life is sort of stuck in a rut where we're doing the same things over and over and over again, the same routine, the same pattern, and just questioning whether, am I evolving? Am I transforming? Your Moment of Yes for today, the opportunity is even Even though we might physically be doing the same thing day in and day out and our routine seems really similar, can we challenge ourselves to look at the same things over and over again but to look at them with new eyes, to look at them from a new perspective, to look at them in a way that's fresh and new and open to new inspiration, that's open to new meaning? And how we might be looking at the same things over and over again every day, but is it possible to experience them new? To get new inspiration, to get new insight, to let go of a judgment or belief that we have about a thing or a person or an idea and allow ourselves to lift consciousness, to transform, and to allow ourselves to evolve. And so even though physically we might be in the same environment, physically we might be seeing the same things over and over again, but on a spiritual conscious level, things are always evolving, changing, and transforming. So your moment of yes for today is to look at the everyday thing that we're used to with new and fresh eyes and be open to new meaning. That's your moment of yes for today, everyone. Have a wonderful day. Thank you, Travis.
